Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) origin checking is not done on requests from the gateway to external components, such as the controller, hub, and eda.\n\n## Affected\n\n- `automation-gateway-server < 2.5.20250730`\n- `automation-gateway (all versions)`\n- `automation-gateway (all versions)`\n\n## Remediation\n\nRefer to the linked advisories for vendor-supplied fixes and affected version ranges.\n\n### Workarounds\n\nUse HTTPS on the platform ingress if possible.\n\nSince this is a problem in edge-terminated AAP deployments where requests have TLS terminated right before the platform ingress, enforce trusted origins before requests reach the gateway.\n\nA tool such as a Web-application firewall should be able to manage this issue.","depth":"sunlit","depthScore":29,"depthScoreParts":{"impact":29.2,"likelihood":0.1,"exploitation":0,"ransomware":0},"changes":[]}
