## Overview

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

tracing/trigger: Fix to return error if failed to alloc snapshot

Fix register_snapshot_trigger() to return error code if it failed to
allocate a snapshot instead of 0 (success). Unless that, it will register
snapshot trigger without an error.

## Affected

- `linux_kernel >= 4.4.220, < 4.5`
- `linux_kernel >= 4.9.220, < 4.10`
- `linux_kernel >= 4.14.177, < 4.15`
- `linux_kernel >= 4.19.117, < 4.20`
- `linux_kernel >= 5.4.34, < 5.5`
- `linux_kernel >= 5.5.19, < 5.6`
- `linux_kernel >= 5.6.6, < 5.7`
- `linux_kernel >= 5.7.1, < 6.1.79`
- `linux_kernel >= 6.2, < 6.6.18`
- `linux_kernel >= 6.7, < 6.7.6`
- `linux_kernel = 5.7`
- `linux_kernel = 6.8`

## Remediation

Upgrade past the affected range:

- `linux_kernel 6.7.6`
