## Overview

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

codel: remove sch->q.qlen check before qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog()

After making all ->qlen_notify() callbacks idempotent, now it is safe to
remove the check of qlen!=0 from both fq_codel_dequeue() and
codel_qdisc_dequeue().

## Affected

- `linux_kernel >= 3.5, < 5.4.297`
- `linux_kernel >= 5.5, < 5.10.241`
- `linux_kernel >= 5.11, < 5.15.190`
- `linux_kernel >= 5.16, < 6.1.135`
- `linux_kernel >= 6.2, < 6.6.88`
- `linux_kernel >= 6.7, < 6.12.24`
- `linux_kernel >= 6.13, < 6.13.12`
- `linux_kernel >= 6.14, < 6.14.3`
- `linux_kernel = 6.15`
- `debian_linux = 11.0`

## Remediation

Upgrade past the affected range:

- `linux_kernel 6.14.3`
