## Overview

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's AMD GPU display driver. During DisplayPort Multi-Stream Transport (MST) display disconnection, a race condition can cause the driver to access display data structures without verifying that they remain valid. A local user or physically proximate attacker triggering display mode checks while unplugging an MST display can cause a null pointer dereference, leading to a system crash and a Denial of Service (DoS).
